Once your order has been placed, our Sales Team will be in contact with details provided. Delivery charges will vary depending on your location, the item you have ordered and the access into your premises. Difficult access includes, steep steps, tight corners, small lifts, tight stairwells. Artifex Interiors cannot guarantee additional delivery charges if difficult access has been disclosed prior to deliver. If you live local, you are welcome to pick up from our Studio in Balgowlah.
How long will it take for someone to contact me regarding delivery?

What are your lead times?
Lead times are provided as estimate only. As a small manufacturer, we will do our best to ensure accurate time frames are provided but in some cases this is out of our control. Please contact us after you have placed your order to discuss lead time.
Can I organise my own delivery service or pick up my item myself?
You are welcome to pick up your item if you are local to us. We only allow our trusted delivery service providers to transport your items safely.
Which delivery service provider do we use?
Artifex has relationships with trusted delivery service providers who are experienced in furniture delivery and customer service.
Are your timbers sustainably sourced?
Yes. All of our timbers are sourced from suppliers who identify environmental sustainability as a principle factor in any current or future operations in the forest products industry. Timbers are sourced principally from forests with international certification.

Do you offer a warranty?
Artifex Interiors takes exceptional pride and care in the manufacture of your items. Each piece is handmade from the highest quality materials, ensuring the lifetime enjoyment of our product. A 5 year warranty covers the structural integrity of all Artifex Interiors made items.

What about exchanges, refunds, credit notes and returns?
As each furniture piece is made to order. Once an agreed deposit or full payment is received no refund is available if you wish to cancel the order. This applies to both pieces from the Artifex Interiors furniture collection and custom projects. Artifex Interiors furniture cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a product fault. We will make all efforts to exceed your expectations before dispatch with every piece quality checked, but if an issue does arise please contact us immediately. Proof of purchase will be requested. Freight charges for returned goods shall not be accepted by Artifex Interiors unless authorised.
